Big Fish Coffee

Through a providential partnership with Big Fish Coffee Company of Birmingham, we are excited to announce our award-winning coffee program, the profits from which will help to fund our work with the orphans of Lesotho.
This is a perfect way to bring awareness and tell the story of what God is doing in Africa. Those who love to drink coffee now have a way to support our ministry and become a part of the story as they enjoy their coffee.
Order Right Here!
We currently have 3 blends available, all of them micro-roasted from the top 1% of coffee beans available and roasted to order. This is premium gourmet coffee and competitively priced as such. If you’re not used to real, fresh-roasted coffee you are in for an incredible taste experience. Big Fish beans are roasted when you place your order and shipped fresh to your door so that you can enjoy our coffee at its best. Store bought coffee may have been roasted months or even years before you purchase it. By the time you brew it, oxygen has had time to deteriorate the delicate symphony of tastes within the beans. Big Fish Coffee is roasted to order by our master roaster to maximize your enjoyment.
These 12 oz bags are available for a suggested donation of $12.50 each and are packaged in quantities of 2 for $25. A minimal shipping and handling fee is added to offset our mailing expenses. To order your coffee, please select below:
African Classic
- A bold blend of four of the finest origin beans from the dark continent. A rich, slightly smoky aroma, with a winey acidity. This is indeed a world-class coffee. What better way to support Africa than drinking African coffee?
Celebes Kalossi
- Interesting and unusual. It has a hint of nuttiness. My personal favorite, this is a bolder cousin to Sumatra and Java with its own unique characteristics. Hints of cedar, leather, and aroma of chocolate, plum and earth that leaves a uniquely bittersweet finish.
Khauhelo
-This is an exclusive blend created especially for The Bana Project of Lesotho! Named after one of the orphan girls in Lesotho, the name Khauhelo (cow-halo) means compassion. An exotic blend of premium Kenyan AA beans and premium Columbian beans, roasted to perfection. A smooth smoky taste with a hint of citrus. The best of both worlds and sure to be a favorite.
Variety Pack Now Available
- If you would like to taste some of each of our 3 blends, this Variety Pack is now available and contains 1 bag of each of our 3 blends.
